Sandy, while born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, grew up in the foothills just north of Los Angeles. After school, marriage, two children and a divorce, she met an married her life's partner Craig. They moved north to escape L.A. and spent the next 19 years in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in the Nevada City/Grass Valley area. After that area tripled in size, they finally found Red Lodge, Montana. Home at last!
